1950 handmade doll collection from Spain?

Ok, I'm trying to find a doll from my grandmother once had as a teenager in Cuba. She described him as a handmade doll from Spain, who was wearing a Hawaiian grass skirt with the headband, it was with dark skin and was about beautiful eyes. She said it was quite high and may be made or something like porcelain or china. He said then was about $ 200 and was strictly in the light and not to play. My question is if anyone knows where I can find that doll is just as or even manufacturer. Thank you very much so, all responses are much appreciated:)
